Monash Business Review was published by Monash University ePress in a joint venture with the Faculty of Business and Economics at Monash University. The Telecommunications Journal of Australia is no longer being published; however the articles published online are still available.

From 2007 to 2010, TJA was published online by Monash University ePress, on behalf of the ACS-TSA. From 2011 to 2013 the journal was published by Swinburne University. After TJA was suspended in 2013, the TSA launched the Australian Journal of Telecommunications and the Digital Economy with a broader scope and focus.

The TJA articles published online between 2007 and 2013 are available through the Swinburne journal site.
