Monash University Publishing: Advancing knowledge

Verge 2012

Inverse

Edited by Ros Mcfarlane and Sam Clifford

Verge is Monash University’s annual anthology of creative writing and it emerges anew in 2012. It features some of Monash University’s brightest writers and poets alongside works from some of Australia’s most exciting authors. Edited by Samantha Clifford and Rosalind McFarlane, this edition of Verge is concerned with boundaries and writing against and beyond them.

The contributors were asked to consider the idea of ‘inverse’ in their work, and the resulting collection is one of Verge’s most diverse and original yet, featuring works of illustration, photography, comic and other visual arts alongside exquisite pieces of creative writing.
